Public procurement changes: national preference, price adjustment, and contractor protection
The bill introduces three main changes to Poland's public procurement system. First, it gives Polish companies priority over competitors from outside the EU. Second, it makes it easier for contractors to adjust their pay to rising costs. Third, it protects contractors from abuses when bank guarantees are used.
