New regulations streamline the rules for creating and operating deputies' and parliamentary groups in the Sejm. They introduce requirements for their composition, objectives, and transparency, as well as procedures for their establishment and dissolution. This aims to increase transparency and accountability in the work of parliamentarians.

Deputies' and parliamentary groups must meet new membership requirements (min. 5 deputies, and for parliamentary groups, min. 1 senator).
The name, purpose, and activities of each group must comply with the Constitution and not undermine the dignity of the Sejm.
Group regulations and compositions will be publicly available, and groups will be required to submit regular activity reports.
The Sejm Presidium will approve the formation of groups and can dissolve them if they do not meet the new rules or show inactivity.
