Greater government transparency and new rules for crisis situations

New regulations will increase government transparency by publishing lists of legislative work in the Public Information Bulletin. The act also introduces changes to municipal management when a mayor cannot perform their duties and expands the operational capacity of the Humanitarian-Medical Aid Team within Poland.

The government will publish lists of planned laws and programs in the Public Information Bulletin, allowing the tracking of legislative work.
In case of a mayor's temporary arrest or suspension, the Prime Minister will be able to appoint a person to take over their duties.
The Humanitarian-Medical Aid Team will be able to operate within Poland during states of emergency, such as natural disasters.
The rules for reporting gifts by persons holding public functions are changing – the value threshold has been linked to the minimum wage.
The minister responsible for informatization will be able to create and develop IT systems for the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and the National Health Fund (NFZ).
