Changes in Use of Force and Military Operations at Polish Border
This bill aims to simplify regulations on the use of firearms by uniformed services (Police, Border Guard, Polish Army) in defending the state border. The changes are intended to provide greater clarity regarding the powers of officers and soldiers, and to specify the rules for conducting military operations in peacetime within Poland. Military operations in peacetime within Poland will only be possible in strictly defined situations: threats to the border, critical infrastructure, human safety, or property, when immediate action is required.
