This act expands the capabilities of the mObywatel application, introducing new features such as electronic document signing, receiving communications, and access to a virtual assistant. Additionally, teachers and students will receive digital IDs, and drivers will be able to create digital accident statements, aiming to simplify daily formalities and accelerate administrative processes.

The mObywatel application will gain new functionalities: the ability to sign electronic documents (trusted, personal, qualified signatures) and receive personalized service communications.
A virtual assistant based on artificial intelligence will be introduced in the application, which will not process users' personal data.
Teachers will receive digital service IDs (mLegitymacja) confirming their employment, with an option to obtain a traditional card ID.
Primary, secondary, and art school students will be able to use digital school IDs (mLegitymacja szkolna), simplifying student status confirmation.
The ability to create digital road accident statements within the mObywatel application will be introduced, streamlining insurance claims.
Geodetic and cartographic qualification certificates can be made available digitally via the mObywatel application.
The Minister responsible for informatization may revoke consent for services in mObywatel if security conditions are violated.
