New Compensation for Injured Veterans for Health Damage
The act introduces a new financial benefit for injured veterans who suffered health damage during foreign missions. Compensation of PLN 6,000 for each percent of health damage will be tax-free and aims to support those who sacrificed their health in service. Veterans have 2 years to apply from the date of the health damage assessment or from the law's effective date for prior cases.
