New Rules for Foreign Companies in Polish Public Tenders.

This law introduces new rules for non-EU companies participating in Polish public procurement and concession agreements. Companies from countries with trade agreements with the EU will be treated equally to EU companies. However, companies from other countries may be allowed to participate, but under less favorable conditions and without the right to appeal decisions.
