Amendment to Rules on Suspending Debt Enforcement for Farms
The draft law introduces an amendment to the act on restructuring the debt of entities running agricultural farms. Submitting an application for debt takeover will result in the suspension of enforcement proceedings regarding that debt until the application is considered. This rule also applies to applications submitted and not yet considered before the date the law enters into force.
