Extension of Deadlines for Natural Fertilizer Storage Adaptation
This law grants farmers raising livestock (up to 210 livestock units) more time to adapt their natural fertilizer storage facilities to current regulations. To benefit from this extension, farmers must notify the Minister of Agriculture within 3 months of the law's effective date. Additionally, ongoing administrative proceedings concerning non-compliance will be dismissed or suspended if the farmer submits the required notification.
Key points
Farmers receive extended deadlines to adapt natural fertilizer storage facilities: until December 31, 2027, for farms up to 20 livestock units, and until December 31, 2025, for farms between 20 and 210 livestock units.
To qualify for the extension, a notification must be submitted to the Minister of Agriculture within 3 months of the law's effective date, including identification data, number of animals, reason for non-compliance, and work status.
Administrative proceedings regarding non-compliance initiated before the law's effective date and not yet concluded will be dismissed or suspended if the farmer submits the required notification.
Until the end of 2027, the construction or reconstruction of natural fertilizer storage facilities will not require a zoning decision.
