"Active Parent" Benefit Changes: Support for Entrepreneurs on Preferential ZUS.

The bill amends the rules for the "Active Parents at Work" benefit to allow entrepreneurs using preferential social security contribution rules to receive it. The change assumes that being subject to insurance under preferential terms will be treated as equivalent to paying contributions based on 100% of the minimum wage.
Key points
Entrepreneurs using preferential contribution schemes (e.g., Art. 18a and 18c of the Social Security System Act) will be treated as if they paid contributions based on 100% of the minimum wage.
The change applies to both couples raising a child together and single parents who previously did not meet the minimum contribution base criterion.
The act is intended to enter into force on the day following its announcement, justified by the need to allow immediate submission of applications.
