Higher June Pensions 2009-2019 and Family Benefits: Automatic Recalculation

The draft act introduces rules for recalculating pensions and family benefits for individuals whose benefits were established in June between 2009 and 2019. The Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) will recalculate these benefits ex officio within 3 months of the act's entry into force. The new, higher benefits will be applicable from the date the act enters into force, i.e., January 1, 2026.
