New Rules for Calculating Price and Area in Developer Contracts

The draft act introduces a requirement that in developer contracts, the price of a unit or house must be defined as the product of the usable area and the price per 1 m². The usable area is to be determined in accordance with the principles contained in the Polish Standard. The changes aim to unify rules and protect buyers from unclear measurement methods.
