Amendment to the Act on Investments in Flood Protection Structures
The Act extends the application of provisions on the preparation of flood protection investments to the renovation or reconstruction of existing flood protection structures and to ditches, canals, and pumping stations with a primary flood protection function. It specifies the documents required from the investor when applying for a permit to carry out such projects. The Act does not apply to maintenance and conservation works.

Failure to issue an opinion within the deadline means no objections are raised.
The Act enters into force 30 days after its promulgation.
