Support for Grain and Oilseed Producers in 2025
This law introduces financial aid for farmers who suffered losses due to falling grain and oilseed prices in the second half of 2025. Farmers can receive subsidies for cultivated areas, which aims to improve their financial liquidity and farm stability. Applications for support can be submitted electronically from October 1, 2025, to January 10, 2026.
Key points
Farmers cultivating grains (wheat, corn, rye, barley, oats, triticale, grain mixtures) and rapeseed and turnip rape seeds can apply for subsidies.
Aid is available to farmers who applied for direct payments in 2024, sold grains between July 1 and December 31, 2025, incurred economic losses, and operate a farm up to 300 hectares.
Applications are submitted electronically to the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture (ARiMR) from October 1, 2025, to January 10, 2026, with VAT invoices confirming sales attached.
The amount of subsidies depends on the type of crop, ranging from 875 PLN/ha (rye, oats) to 2200 PLN/ha (wheat).
If the total amount of aid requested exceeds available funds, the payment amount may be reduced by an adjustment factor.
