New public contract register from 500 PLN
The law creates a transparent, central register of contracts concluded by public institutions (e.g., offices, hospitals, schools) with a value of at least 500 PLN. This means every citizen will be able to check what institutions spend public money on and with whom. The new rules will come into force in July 2026, and the first contracts will have to be registered from that date.

A transparent Central Register of Contracts of Public Finance Sector Entities (CRU JSFP) will be created, accessible to every citizen.
Contracts with a value of at least 500 PLN (net) concluded by offices, ministries, courts, local governments, and other public institutions will be registered.
The obligation to register contracts will come into force on July 1, 2026.
Contracts of special services, the military, those concerning national defense and security, and some NFZ contracts are excluded from the register.
Information about contracts will be stored in the register for 5 years after the contract ends.
