Central Register of Contracts of Public Finance Sector Units
The Act of December 4, 2025, amends the Public Finance Act by establishing the Central Register of Contracts of Public Finance Sector Units. Heads of units will be required to publish information on contracts concluded in written, documentary, or electronic form that are subject to Public Procurement Law. The regulations regarding the register apply to contracts concluded from July 1, 2026.
