Personal assistants will be employed under a contract, with a gross hourly wage of PLN 49 to 55, subject to indexation and mandatory civil liability insurance.
An electronic system will be introduced for submitting applications, managing assistance, and monitoring service quality, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
The law will relieve families and caregivers of persons with disabilities, giving them the opportunity to pursue professional or social activities.
Funding for personal assistance and its operational costs will come from the state budget, ensuring stability and universal access to services.
