Amendments to the Act on Legal Advisers: Data Protection, Insurance, and Disciplinary Proceedings
The draft bill introduces changes to the rules on personal data protection by legal advisers and new regulations regarding mandatory civil liability insurance, which is to be concluded by the National Bar of Attorneys-at-Law. The amendment also provides for the possibility of remote proceedings by self-government bodies and tightens liability for unauthorized use of the professional title.
