New Rules for Alcohol Sales and Advertising: Bans, Fees, and Packaging

The draft law introduces significant changes to the rules for selling, advertising, and packaging alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Citizens will experience a complete ban on alcohol advertising (including beer) and non-alcoholic drinks using alcohol branding, as well as a ban on alcohol sales at petrol stations. Promotion rules and packaging appearance will also change to reduce alcohol consumption.
