Compensation for Victims of Nationalist, Religious, or Racial Crimes from 1945-1946
This draft law introduces a one-time payment of PLN 50,000 for individuals who suffered health damage or lost family members due to nationalist, religious, or racial crimes committed between 1945 and 1946. The condition for receiving this compensation is the confirmation of these events by a legally concluded IPN investigation. This benefit will not be taxed or included in income calculations for other social benefits, and it also extends veteran rights to the injured.
