Changes to Land and Mortgage Registers and KRS: Digital Documents and Notifications
This law introduces changes to how citizens access documents from the Land and Mortgage Register and the National Court Register (KRS). People will be able to download electronic copies of land register documents that, when printed, will have the same legal force as court-issued documents if they can be verified. Additionally, users of the mObywatel app can receive automatic notifications about changes in the KRS concerning companies they are linked to.
