Legal Force of Electronic Land Register Documents and KRS Notifications in mObywatel
The act grants the force of court documents to electronic files from land and mortgage registers (previously only printouts had this status). It also enables receiving automatic notifications about changes in the National Court Register (KRS) via the mObywatel app for persons linked to an entity by PESEL number.
