Out-of-court divorce: new no-judge marriage dissolution option
The act introduces court-free divorce for childless spouses who have had a complete and permanent breakdown of marriage for at least one year. Divorce occurs after submitting declarations to the civil registry office head. The procedure is faster and cheaper than court proceedings, but includes safeguards against abuse – it can be annulled in cases of fraud, coercion, or if spouses had a common child.
