Divorce without court: new procedure for childless couples
The law introduces the possibility of divorce without court proceedings for couples who have been in a complete and permanent breakdown of marriage for over a year and have no minor children together. The divorce is finalized by submitting mutual declarations before a civil registry office, simplifying and speeding up the process. The new regulations also specify conditions for annulling such a divorce and the associated fees and formalities.
