Treaty with Indonesia: Faster and simpler cooperation in criminal matters
The new regulations will facilitate and speed up cooperation between Polish and Indonesian courts and prosecutors in criminal cases. Thanks to the agreement, citizens can expect more efficient prosecution of criminals hiding abroad and faster resolution of cases. Modern solutions, such as video hearings and better personal data protection, have also been introduced.
