More chances for future judges and prosecutors on their professional exams.

The act introduces a third attempt to pass the judicial and prosecutorial exam for trainees who have failed. This change aims to facilitate entry into the profession, account for various life circumstances, and also includes individuals who failed the exam in the past.
Key points
Trainees who fail the judicial or prosecutorial exam will be able to retake it twice, instead of just once as before.
Individuals who failed the exam twice between 2013 and 2026 will receive an additional, one-time chance to pass it within 5 years.
The number of additional attempts depends on whether a trainee fails the exam or skips it without a valid excuse – absence without a good reason will be treated more strictly.
The deadlines for retaking the exam have been unified and simplified, now specified in years instead of months.
