Medical Fund: Hospital Support, Children's Treatment, and Better Patient Service
The bill introduces changes to the Medical Fund, creating new sub-funds: security infrastructure and rare diseases in children. The aim includes supporting hospitals in preparing for operations under crisis conditions and financing treatment for patients under 18. The amendment also provides for financing tasks related to improving the quality of IT patient service and changes in the financing of prevention by local governments.
