Flood Relief: Property Buyouts and Simplified Procedures for Victims
This act aims to speed up and simplify the process of buying out flood-damaged properties from individuals who applied by October 2025. It allocates additional funds for this purpose and exempts owners from needing energy performance certificates for buildings slated for demolition. This allows flood victims to finalize property sales and receive compensation more quickly, enhancing their safety and reducing material losses.
