The new regulations introduce the principle of "tacit consent" in many official procedures. This means that if an office does not issue a decision within a specified time, a citizen's or entrepreneur's application will automatically be considered approved. These changes will significantly speed up tax, registration, and business-related matters.

Automatic granting of certain tax reliefs and remissions (up to the minimum wage) if the tax office does not respond within 60 days.
Faster register entries for entrepreneurs (e.g., small payment institutions, pawnshops) - no negative decision within the deadline means permission to start operations.
Easier registration of historic vehicles and obtaining permits for privileged vehicles (e.g., ambulances).
Tacit consent for extending waste collection and processing permits, as well as organizing mass events.
