The new regulations aim to ensure that essential daily services, such as electricity, water, healthcare, and transport, are better protected against failures, attacks, and disasters. Companies providing these services will face strict security obligations, and the state will gain new tools to respond to crises, including the ability to neutralize drones threatening important facilities.
