Ban on the sale of disposable e-cigarettes and flavored nicotine pouches
The law introduces a total ban on placing disposable e-cigarettes on the market and restricts the available flavors of nicotine pouches to tobacco only. These changes aim to protect health, especially of children and youth, from nicotine addiction. Other nicotine products that are not tobacco or related products will also disappear from the market, unless they are, among others, medicinal products or medical devices.
