New Qualifications for the Chief Nature Conservator

This bill introduces mandatory qualification requirements for the position of Chief Nature Conservator in Poland. From now on, only a Polish citizen with a relevant master's degree (e.g., in biology, forestry) and at least 3 years of professional experience can hold this office. The goal is to ensure that key decisions on nature protection are made by qualified experts.
