Public Finance Changes: New Auditor Exam and Fund Investment Rules

The act introduces a new state examination for internal auditors in the public finance sector. Candidates must pass a theoretical and practical test organized annually by the National School of Public Administration. Additionally, the rules for investing idle funds of public funds are changing – instead of securities investments, funds will be deposited with the Minister of Finance.
