Compensation for crop damage from birds and predators – new rules for farmers
The law expands the list of animals for which farmers and fish breeders can claim compensation for damages. It introduces new damage assessment and payment procedures, transferring some responsibilities from environmental protection agencies to agricultural support institutions.
