Bill to repeal the obligation of gender neutrality in job advertisements

The bill repeals the provisions of the Labour Code introduced by the Act of 4 June 2025, which imposed an obligation on employers to use gender-neutral job titles and to formulate job advertisements in accordance with imposed linguistic neutrality criteria. The bill does not interfere with the existing provisions on the prohibition of discrimination in employment, including on the grounds of sex, which remain in force. The aim is to restore the previous legal state and to simplify the labour law system.
