Electoral Code Amendment: New Rules for Commissions and Voting
The bill changes the rules for organizing elections to increase the professionalism of electoral commissions and streamline voting. It introduces smaller voting districts, appoints judges as electoral commissioners, and abolishes fees for poll watchers.
