Easier postal power of attorney at a notary
An amendment to the postal law allows granting a power of attorney to collect mail and court letters at a notary, not only at a post office. This is a facilitation for the elderly, the sick, or those abroad who cannot visit a post office in person. The change takes effect 3 months after its announcement.
