Annual Bonus for Cultural Institution Employees
This bill aims to restore the right to an additional annual salary, known as the "thirteenth salary," for employees of cultural institutions. Currently, this professional group does not receive such a benefit, which is considered unequal treatment. After the changes, employees of museums, libraries, cultural centers, and other cultural institutions will be entitled to an additional payment, which may improve their financial situation.
