Postponement of Mandatory National e-Invoice System (KSeF) Deadline

The law postpones the mandatory implementation date for the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) for businesses. Companies will have more time to adapt to the new electronic invoicing rules.
Key points
Mandatory invoicing through the KSeF system has been postponed.
New effective dates for mandatory KSeF are February 2026 and August 2026 (instead of July 2024 and January 2025).
There will be a six-month transition period (February-July 2026) during which issuing invoices outside KSeF will still be possible.
The law comes into effect on July 1, 2024.
