Easier Access to Economic Data for Services and New E-Delivery Rules.

The new law changes the rules for sharing information on debt and financial credibility. It expands the range of state services that can check this data and introduces the possibility of using electronic delivery addresses. Citizens will also gain easier access to information about fees for bureau services.
Key points
Services such as the Police, Border Guard, Military Gendarmerie, and military intelligence services will gain broader access to information on the debt and financial credibility of citizens and companies.
Economic information bureaus will be required to clearly publish all their fees in one place, making it easier for citizens to check service costs.
The possibility of using electronic delivery addresses (e-deliveries) in communication with economic information bureaus has been introduced.
Applications for economic information can now also be submitted through intermediaries, which may streamline some procedures.
