New Uniformed Classes in Schools and Easier Recruitment for Police and Border Guard

The act introduces new uniformed profile classes in high schools to prepare students for service in the Police and Border Guard. Graduates of these classes, as well as former officers, will benefit from a simplified recruitment path to strengthen staffing in these services.
Key points
High school students can now enroll in new 'uniformed profile classes' to facilitate their future entry into the Police or Border Guard.
Former Police and Border Guard officers are given a simplified path to return to service.
A new form of service is introduced: 'contract service' for a fixed term of 3 to 5 years.
Retired officers who return to service on a contract will not lose their pension benefits.
High school seniors can begin the recruitment process for the services before graduating.
The police pensioner's ID card will be available in the mObywatel mobile app.
