Patriotic Education, STEM Development, and New National Education Commission

This bill introduces changes to the education system, focusing on patriotic upbringing, developing technical and scientific skills in students, and organizing mandatory educational trips. A National Education Commission will also be established to advise the government on education matters and set long-term strategy. Funding for teachers' professional development, especially in experimental teaching methods, will also be increased.
