Changes to Real Estate, Agricultural, and Stamp Taxes

New regulations clarify what is taxed as a building or structure, including garages in residential buildings. Changes also cover local and stamp duties, and rules for agricultural tax relief. The aim is to provide clearer tax obligations for citizens and businesses.
Key points
Garages and parking spaces within residential buildings will be treated as part of the residential building for real estate tax purposes.
Small objects like chapels, garden figures, trash bins, or bike sheds will not be considered taxable structures.
A new, detailed list of objects considered structures subject to taxation has been defined.
Rules for transferring stamp duty payments between offices when the competent authority changes have been modified.
Some taxpayers can file real estate tax declarations for 2025 by the end of March, provided they notify earlier and pay advance installments.
