Higher maintenance benefits from the fund: up to 1000 PLN monthly
The law increases the maximum amount of financial support from the alimentation fund for individuals who do not receive court-ordered maintenance, from 500 PLN to 1000 PLN per month. The aim is to better adjust the aid to current living costs and support families in difficult situations. The changes will apply to benefit periods starting from October 1, 2024.
