Stricter penalties for fatal accidents caused by drunk or unlicensed drivers

The bill introduces harsher penalties for drivers who cause a fatal accident while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or without a driving license. In such cases, the court may impose a prison sentence from 12 years to life imprisonment. The new regulations also provide for mandatory forfeiture of the vehicle in case of causing an accident without a license or under the influence of alcohol above 1 per mille.
