Postponement of mandatory electronic deliveries for businesses

The law postpones the date from which companies registered in CEIDG will be required to use official electronic deliveries. The original deadline of December 31, 2023, has been changed to January 1, 2025. Additionally, companies applying for a change in their CEIDG entry between July 1, 2025, and September 30, 2026, will be required to have an electronic delivery address.
