New Labor Code regulations introduce the obligation for employers to inform candidates about the proposed salary range already at the job advertisement stage or before the interview. This aims to ensure greater transparency and equal treatment in the recruitment process. Additionally, employers will not be allowed to inquire about previous salaries.
