Mandatory reporting of 50-100 meter buildings to Ministry of Defence

New regulations require owners to report buildings and structures between 50 and 100 meters high to the Ministry of National Defence. This applies to both new constructions and existing buildings. The aim is to improve protection of air traffic, especially military operations.
Key points
Owners of 50-100 meter buildings must report them to the Ministry of Defence at least 2 months before reaching this height.
Existing buildings of this height must be reported within 3 months of the law taking effect.
Failure to report is punishable by fine, restriction of liberty, or imprisonment up to one year.
The Ministry of Defence maintains a public register of these structures.
Ministry representatives may enter properties to verify building data.
