New rules for reporting tall objects for flight safety

The law introduces an obligation to report buildings and other structures between 50 and 100 meters high to the Ministry of National Defence. This is aimed at improving air traffic safety. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.
Key points
Owners or managers of construction objects 50-100 meters high must report them to the Ministry of National Defence.
Reporting must be done at least 2 months before the object reaches 50 meters in height.
Failure to report or update data may result in penalties, including fines or imprisonment.
Existing or under construction objects that have reached or will reach 50-100 meters before the law comes into force must be reported within 3 months of its entry into force.
The Ministry of National Defence will maintain a public register of reported objects.
