Promotion of cereals, oilseeds and bee products – new rules
The act expands promotional activities of agricultural funds to include biofuels and biocomponents from cereals and oilseeds. It adds bee products to the Fruit and Vegetable Fund. Electronic filing of declarations is introduced with a delayed start in 2026.

New promotion targets: biocomponents and biofuels from wheat, rye, barley, corn, oats, buckwheat, as well as rapeseed, soy, flax, sunflower and hemp.
Bee products (honey, pollen, propolis, royal jelly) now fall under the promotional activities of the Fruit and Vegetable Promotion Fund with a 5% budget cap.
Entities purchasing oilseeds from their producers must make mandatory contributions to the Oilseed Promotion Fund.
Fund contribution declarations must be submitted electronically only – starting April 2026.
Financial limits: maximum 95% of budget for fruits and vegetables, 5% for bee products; training and international activities capped at 15% of these amounts.
