Changes to promotion funds for agri-food products and biofuels
The act introduces changes to the rules for operating funds promoting Polish agri-food products. These include how payment declarations are submitted and how funds are allocated for promoting grains, oilseeds, fruits, vegetables, and bee products, including activities related to biofuels.

The scope of promotional activities financed by the funds has been expanded to include biofuels produced from grains and oilseeds.
Mandatory electronic submission of payment declarations to the funds has been introduced, requiring an electronic, trusted, or personal signature.
Maximum financial support amounts from the Fruit and Vegetable Promotion Fund for activities concerning bee products (up to 5%) and for training and industry organization activities (up to 15% for fruits/vegetables and bee products) have been set.
The entity obliged to make payments to the Oilseed Promotion Fund has changed to entities purchasing oilseeds from producers.
The requirement to provide a PESEL number in declarations submitted by individuals has been introduced.
