New rules for sending official and postal documents in the EU
The act changes the rules for calculating deadlines in tax, administrative and court cases. From now on, documents sent at post offices in EU countries, Switzerland and EFTA will be treated the same as those sent in Poland. Additionally, new rules for interest on tax overpayments have been introduced.
