Clean Disaster Funds: No More Extra Spending in Aid Bills.

This change to House rules aims to ensure that funds allocated for major disaster relief are used exclusively for that purpose. It means that bills providing disaster aid cannot include funding for other unrelated projects, increasing transparency and efficiency in public spending during emergencies. For citizens, this means greater assurance that emergency aid will reach those most in need, without funds being diverted to other initiatives.
Key points
Disaster relief funds will be used solely for disaster-related purposes, no extra spending.
Increased transparency in public spending during crisis situations.
Faster and more targeted aid for those affected by major disasters.
