Immediate Access to Federal Government Check Funds

This bill aims to speed up access to money for citizens receiving checks from the federal government. Instead of waiting for funds to clear, they will be available immediately upon depositing the check into an account. This will simplify financial management and provide quicker access to entitled funds.
Key points
Funds from checks issued by the federal government will be available immediately upon deposit into a bank account.
This change applies to checks drawn on the U.S. Treasury, provided they are endorsed only by the person to whom they were issued.
