The goal is to support veterans in starting families by providing access to necessary medical benefits.

Veterans with infertility issues and their partners will gain access to treatment, including in vitro fertilization.
Treatment may include up to three successful IVF cycles resulting in live birth or six attempted cycles.
Services will also be available to veterans' partners, regardless of marital status, and can use donated gametes or embryos.
